When the pressure in the hyperbaric chamber increases, the ears may feel stuffy, you can inhale deeply, pinch your nose with your hands, close your mouth and do breath-holding and forceful movements, or swallow saliva and yawn to balance the ear pressure.

The most common side effects are ear pressure imbalances caused by high pressure, ear or sinus pressure damage. During the treatment, the ear pressure balance is maintained, and the operator will supervise the whole process. If there is any problem occurs, our operators will be communicated and dealt with in real time.

Only clothing made with 100% cotton is allowed in the chamber. Cosmetics, perfumes, hair styling products, antiperspirants, hair, accessories or any flammable items are not allowed in the chamber.
Patients should avoid alcohol, carbonated and caffeinated beverages 4 hours before treatment. At the same time, patients should avoid smoking or using tobacco products throughout the period of hyperbaric oxygen treatment so as not to affect the oxygen-carrying capacity of the body's cells.
